Just the other day, Democrat Senator Alex Padilla claimed that the ‘vast majority of demonstrators’ are mostly peaceful—despite what we’ve all seen with our own eyes. Still, given how eager he is to jump on the bandwagon and gaslight the public into dismissing countless videos on social media, he’s proven to be anything but a credible voice on the matter.

Nonetheless, that’s what makes it even more pathetic when he tried to shove his way past security—apparently in an effort to disrupt DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s press conference.

According to Fox News:

After loudly speaking over Noem, Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., was pushed out of the room by authorities as they ordered him to put his hands up.

The incident happened shortly after Noem said the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “is staying here to liberate this city from the socialist and the burdensome leadership that this governor and this mayor have placed on this country and what they have tried to insert into this city.”

LOL. Clearly, the man got triggered by that statement. But if state and local officials had simply done the bare minimum, we wouldn’t be in this mess. And since he’s aligned himself with policies that prioritize the interests of foreign nationals over American citizens, he has no one to blame but himself.

Gov. Gavin Newsom took to X to comment on Padilla’s outburst, placing blame on the Trump administration for his temporary detainment.

“@SenAlexPadilla is one of the most decent people I know,” Newsom wrote in the post. “This is outrageous, dictatorial, and shameful. Trump and his shock troops are out of control. This must end now.”

This is definitely not the behavior of someone I’d call ‘decent’—but sure, go off. I also wouldn’t call this ‘outrageous, dictatorial, and shameful,’ but that’s neither here nor there.

The media doesn’t want you to see the FULL video:

Maybe one day, people like Newsom and Padilla will fight for you the way they do for foreign nationals who’ve broken federal immigration laws—but until then, don’t hold your breath.
