Former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino will return to Fox News as a contributor after his departure from the agency.
He will make his first appearance on the network Monday night during Sean Hannity’s 9 p.m. EST program, where he will discuss the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.

The Hill has more:
Bongino, a right-wing commentator with experience in the New York Police Department and Secret Service, was appointed by President Trump as FBI Director Kash Patel’s right-hand man at the bureau.
But in December, Bongino left the FBI, after clashing with Attorney General Pam Bondi over the release of files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein last summer. Bondi also named then-Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R) as co-deputy director of the FBI in August.
In announcing his departure, Bongino thanked “my fellow Americans, for the privilege to serve you” in a post on social platform X. Trump also said at the time that Bongino “wants to go back to his show.”
Bongino relaunched his podcast and video show on the streaming platform Rumble on Feb. 2. The two-hour program airs weekdays at 10 a.m. EST and is available on all major audio platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify.
Bongino previously became a Fox News contributor in 2019, later hosting “Unfiltered with Dan Bongino.”
He left the network in 2023.
“Dan Bongino is headed back to Fox News –– he starts as a contributor tonight on Hannity. Last year he complained to Fox & Friends about the rigors of his FBI job: ‘I gave up everything for this,’” The New York Times media reporter Michael Grynbaum said.

Mediaite shared further:
Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham said at the time that she was not shocked by Bongino’s exit, considering he “loved his lucrative media life” and wanted to “get back to it.”
And if Trump was upset by Bongino leaving his administration, he didn’t show it last week when he joined Bongino’s first show back on Rumble.
The president made some news during his appearance when he said Republicans should “nationalize” the voting process in order to block “crooked” Democrat-led states from allowing illegal immigrants to vote.
“These people were brought to our country to vote, and they vote illegally,” Trump said. “And it’s amazing the Republicans aren’t tougher on it. The Republicans should say, ‘We want to take over, we should take over the voting in at least 15 places.’”
