Clintons FORCED TO TESTIFY Under Oath on Epstein Connections!

In a strange turn of events, the Clintons have been subpoenaed today and will now be COMPELLED to testify regarding their knowledge of Jeffery Epstein.

Both Hillary and Bill were named in the list of those being deposed by the House Oversight Committee for testimony related to Epstein.

And not only the Clintons, but a slew of individuals have received legally binding orders to deliver the goods on Epstein!

Rep. Tim Burchett was one of the first to announce the subpoenas issuing from the Committee he sits on, issuing a fully unveiled threat to the Deep State:

But I said it was a ‘strange’ turn of events.

And considering how much pure misinformation and empty promises that have so far gone unfulfilled regarding the Epstein issue, STRANGE seems to be the expected ‘normal’ with anything regarding Epstein.

And this is no different.

Yes — the Clintons have been deposed by the House Oversight Committee!  Along with quite a few individuals that you would expect; former Attorney Generals and FBI Directors.

Oh, yes… they’re being hauled in to testify as well!

BREAKING: The House Oversight Committee issues subpoenas to several high-profile figures including the Clintons, Merrick Garland, James Comey, and others, forcing them to testify under oath about Epstein:

But as I said, this was a strange turn of events.  And the first indication that this story has some peculiar oddities going on is that President Trump’s Department of Justice was subpoenaed as well!

Pam Bondi’s DOJ is also being compelled to comply with the House Oversight Committee’s probe into the Epstein case, as reported by Fox News:

The House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for testimony regarding Jeffrey Epstein, Fox News Digital has learned.

Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., sent a flurry of subpoenas related to Epstein on Tuesday morning, with the Clintons being just two of the people that House investigators are looking to hear from.

Comer also sent a subpoena to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for records related to Epstein’s case.

Others who are being compelled to appear are former FBI directors James Comey and Robert Mueller, as well as ex-Attorneys General Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, William Barr, Jeff Sessions, and Alberto Gonzales.

A House Oversight Committee subcommittee panel voted to subpoena each of the individuals, as well as the DOJ, in two respective votes last month during an unrelated hearing.

It comes after Comer followed through on an earlier full committee vote to subpoena Ghislaine Maxwell, a close former Epstein associate who was sentenced to 20 years in prison “for her role in a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse multiple minor girls with Jeffrey Epstein over the course of a decade,” according to a press release by the Southern District of New York. (Emphasis added.)

On one hand, it might not seem odd that Comey would issue a subpoena to the DOJ for their records — RELEASE THE FILES ALREADY!

But that’s where the oddity of today’s subpoena flurry comes in to play, because as that Fox News story noted… it was actually two different subcommittee panel votes that took place days ago that FORCED these subpoenas today.

At one time just a few months ago Congressional Republicans seemed hellbent on getting to the bottom of the Epstein coverup.  But oddly enough, it took a Democrat on that Oversight Committee — on a subcommittee panel, actually — to more or less FORCE the subpoena for the DOJ.

Was that done for political grandstanding?  Probably.

But those are the facts, and part of the reason the Clintons and all those other individuals will now be forced to testify about Epstein before a Congressional hearing is because a Democrat made a motion against the will of the Republican subcommittee chair, and Democrats on the subcommittee pushed it through with their “Yes” votes.

I told you this was a strange turn of events.

Rep. Summer Lee actually brought the motion in the subcommittee that resulted in today’s forced subpoena of the DOJ, specifically, by the Oversight Committee Chair, James Comer:

Here’s a better explanation of why and how that transpired the way it did according to House Committee rules as reported by The Hill:

A subcommittee of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee made big news at the end of July when it approved a Democratic motion to compel Attorney General Pam Bondi to turn over the Justice Department’s complete file on child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

Some may wonder how this surprising turn of events came about, especially after Republican leaders killed similar efforts on the House floor and closed up shop early for the summer. But it was a rare example of a successful motion from a member of the minority party, fortified by congressional rules and precedent.

The Constitution authorizes each house of Congress to establish its own rules. The House voted in January to adopt rules for this session that continued the longstanding right of all members to make subpoena motions during hearings.

This is the right that Rep. Summer Lee (D-Pa.), the subcommittee’s top Democrat, invoked to make her subpoena motion, which passed with a resounding bipartisan vote of eight to two.

The next requirement in House rules is that the chairman of the full committee, James Comer (R-Ky.), “shall” sign and serve this subpoena on Bondi. His role is ministerial, and he has no discretion to disregard the subcommittee’s vote, which Comer publicly confirmed.

Sources indicate that Comer plans to sign off, which may happen any day. Once Comer serves the subpoena, it becomes compulsory, and Bondi has a legal duty to comply.

So now we sit before a very odd situation, with the Clintons and a ton of the usual suspects being hauled in to testify concerning their knowledge of all-things Epstein.

And at the same time, the sudden depressing shift coming from the Trump Administration that seems intent on moving on from the Epstein story without answers is NOT — presumably — going to go off without a hitch.

Those infamous files are now FULLY expected to be delivered to the House Oversight Committee, without exception.

Is there a race to get ahead of the floodwaters?

I hate to say it, but the desire of both Republicans and Democrats to hold back on releasing the information seems to only have one other priority above it — don’t be LAST to release the info.

Almost on cue, the DOJ is now (as in, today) considering releasing the full unedited transcript of Ghislaine Maxwell’s interview with the DOJ according to a report from CNN:

The Justice Department has an audio recording of the interview it conducted with Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell last month, and the administration is considering releasing a transcript of the interview publicly, three senior administration officials told CNN.

The existence of the recording has not been previously reported and comes at a time when the Trump administration is facing pressure to be more transparent with the information it has related to Epstein.

Administration officials are currently discussing whether to release the transcript of Maxwell’s interview with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, the three senior administration officials told CNN.

One thing is certain — the Epstein secrets have not fully seen the light of day, and the possibility that they will seems higher than ever before.

Bill and Hillary Clinton, all the expected former Attorney Generals, both FBI Directors Comey and Mueller… they are all now being COMPELLED to give sworn testimony before a Congressional hearing.

Whether it took political grandstanding or not between the two sides in Congress… that’s a win for getting at the truth.

And how about those files the DOJ has been sitting on?

No more charades.  No more empty promises.

Line up the conspirators, press “record” on the transcription device, and open up those files.

It is time to tell the American people the truth.

This is, however, a developing story.  And God only knows what ACTUALLY comes next.
