Hollywood elites, and other Democrats, are still licking their wounds after getting SMOKED by MAGA voters in 2024, and most are too thick to understand the message sent to them by regular Americans.

We’ve got two clips by Bill Maher, who clearly understood the danger of the aggressive hard left taking control of the party, and has been warning of the dangers of pushing a ‘woke’ censorship agenda for a couple o years now.

In the first, we have William Shatner openly dumbfounded by how the electorate could possibly have failed to support Kamala when the country and economy were doing so well.

When Maher mentioned she might not be the greatest candidate, Shatner was confused and started listing her credentials. Kamala is black… a woman…

Credit to Maher for identifying that as the problem and having the professionalism not to do a facepalm in the middle of an interview. Can’t say I’m certain I would have had the same restraint in his situation.

As for the economy being so great… here’s an objective measurement the feds can’t manipulate.

Maher used an entire monologue to educate his own viewers on how they managed to piss off enough voters that even former Democrats were pulling the lever for Trump. As you can see by the caption Maher uses, he’s disgusted by the fact that his party isn’t learning from their mistakes:

If nothing else would prompt honest self-reflection, you might think that having two candidates who tried to run for President of your party changed teams and became part of the other team’s inner circle MIGHT prompt some self-reflection.

But when you have an entrenched habit of looking for someone to blame for every problem… the instinct to blame the usual suspects of ‘ism’ and ‘phobia’ can too easily blind you to your own failings.
