Biden Gives Abortion Ghoul Cecile Richards The Medal of Freedom

Joe Biden truly does not care about anything anymore. It must be a freeing feeling for him, but the rest of us are currently stuck with a bitter dementia patient for a president for the next two months.

Now that Biden is truly the lamest of all ducks, it’s now safe to ask the questions that were obvious to anyone paying attention four years ago.

Except that it’s also obvious that Kamala Harris, having lost her shot at the White House, has zero interest in a pity presidency, and is now on vacation in Hawaii. She’s still technically a heartbeat or a missed stair step away from the presidency, but it’s clear that neither the president or the vice president are actually running things right now.

What Joe Biden IS doing is one last flex of his presidential power. He wandered around the Amazon rainforest, he missed the big group picture at the G20, and now he is back at the White House doing what any devout Catholic president would do – giving the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the former head of Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards.

The question is not “why” – Biden, despite claiming some profound Catholic faith, has been as radical an abortion advocate as any progressive Democrat during his presidency. The real question is “why now” – and it isn’t all related to his waning presidency. There was a reason why Biden gave Richards the medal in a private ceremony.

Richards was diagnosed in 2023 with a glioblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of brain tumor. The average glioblastoma survival time is only 12 to 18 months.

Biden’s son Beau died from glioblastoma in 2015.

It is obvious from the photo from the ceremony of Richards, her husband Kirk Adams, and Joe and Jill Biden, that her health is deteriorating. Biden, drawn like a moth to flame when it comes to anything connecting to his sainted Beau, likely wanted to present the medal privately for health reasons.

However, given the criteria of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, why is Cecile Richards receiving this honor AT ALL?

The following commendation praising Richards’s work was delivered at the ceremony, the White House said.

“Carrying her parents’ torch for justice, she’s led some of our Nation’s most important civil rights causes – to lift up the dignity of workers, defend and advance women’s reproductive rights and equality, and mobilize Americans to exercise their power to vote,” the commendation stated. “A leader of utmost character, she has carved an inspiring legacy that endures in her incredible family, the countless lives she has made better, and a Nation seeking the light of equality, justice, and freedom.”

Oh, I had no idea that leading the charge on the wholesale slaughter of innocent babies and then selling the body parts of those same babies was worthy of a Presidential Medal of Freedom. Yes, yes, Cecile Richards did not sell body parts herself. She was just the head of the organization who had the doctors who were selling organs and tissue for profit, who offered a weak apology for the practice once the videos were published for all to see, claiming that the videos were “heavily edited.’

Oh yeah, totally a “leader of utmost character,” who conveniently worked with one Kamala Harris (when she was California’s Attorney General) to make sure that the journalist who filmed and released those ghastly and horrific confessionals, David Daleiden, was prosecuted – and is still dealing with charges to this day.

As far as getting “Americans to exercise their power to vote,” yes, all those Planned Parenthood dollars that flow into the coffers of the Democrat party and candidates to this day. No wonder Joe Biden wishes to reward her with a medal!

Yes, this honor is symbolic, and it is used as a political sign of approval from the president in power (remember, Barack Obama gave one of these to Joe Biden back in 2017 – I wonder if he regrets it now). If Joe Biden wishes to reward a political crony who profited from the deaths of innocents while he is still president, that is a perk that he gets to enjoy. However, it doesn’t look like Cecile Richards will be reveling in this particular honor for very long. Brain cancer is unforgiving and terrible, and I don’t wish it on anyone. However, when the end comes, I will pity her. Cecile Richards will not be able to hold up her medal to God Almighty as an explanation for the blood on her hands, and no one should wish to be in her shoes on that day.
