Police in Charlotte, North Carolina just released new bodycam footage taken around eight months before Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was tragically slaughtered by deranged career criminal Decarlos Brown Jr.
The bodycam footage shows Brown Jr., who has a history of schizophrenia, shouting at cops about a “man-made foreign substance” that he says was implanted into his body and was controlling him.
Watch the very strange footage here for yourself:

The footage comes from a welfare check on Brown Jr. from this January.
Brown Jr. ended up arrested after repeatedly calling police to try to get them to help with the “foreign substance” that he believed was controlling him.
WBTV has more details:
Newly released bodycam video shows Decarlos Brown Jr. explaining to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers his belief that he was exposed to something that took away his ability to control his body.
The bodycam video released on Tuesday, Nov. 25 was from an officer interaction during a welfare check for Brown on Jan. 19.
“If I get an MRI and they see what it is, what they gon say? We gotta get surgery and get that out so we can investigate what the [expletive] is,” Brown said in the footage.
At various points during the interaction, Brown becomes frustrated with the officers’ response to his complaint. A sergeant on scene instructs officers to arrest Brown for misuse of 911 if he calls again for the same problem.
Brown called again and was arrested.
“Put your hands behind your back. You’re being arrested for misuse of 911,” an officer said.
“What I’m misused it for?” Brown asked.
“Because I told you if you didn’t have a police emergency and if you would call back over some nonsense, then I would have to arrest you for misuse of 911,” the officer said.
According to reports, Brown’s family said he was dealing with homelessness and mental health issues.
After this, why was he ever set free again?
It’s obvious he was suffered from extreme mental illness and/or demonic possession, frankly.
This is tough to watch. No one in their right mind would’ve chosen to release this man back on the streets.
It’s beyond time to start holding these judges accountable.

Everyone failed Iryna Zarutska on so many levels, in so many ways.
That young girl should still be alive.
It’s so sad and tragic.
Iryna’s blood is on every individual’s hands that allowed this.
We failed that poor beautiful sole.
Absolutely heartbreaking
