Fresh evidence obtained by Candace Owens is calling into question official accounts about where conservative activist Charlie Kirk was transported after his fatal shooting, reopening scrutiny of how the tragic episode was reported and handled by both authorities and the press.

For weeks, official reports indicated Kirk had been taken to Timpanogos Regional Hospital after the ambush at Utah Valley University. But as new emails surface, doubts are mounting over whether he was actually transported there or to Utah Valley Hospital, a larger Level 1 trauma center known for emergency care.

“We had received a flurry of tips from people telling us that Charlie was not at Timpanogos hospital, but was at UVU hospital,” Owens said. She emphasized the confusion her team encountered: “Timpanogos was a level three trauma center, when the closer one was UVU.”

The confusion only deepened with more first-hand testimony. “We had people that were saying, ‘I was downstairs at UVU and Charlie was brought in. I am telling you, he was definitely at this hospital,’” Candace continued by

Candace Owens went on to explain that someone else told her they were receiving treatment at Utah Valley Hospital and knew Kirk was there. According to this account, someone came in and announced that Charlie had just died upstairs, which struck Owens as very strange.

Internal Hospital Emails Suggest Restricted Access

The most significant development came in the form of an email sent from a staff member at Utah Valley Hospital, which Owens describes as a clear sign Kirk’s records were present there. “We received an email from somebody in the medical staff at UVU saying, I’m certain that he was here. And I have a medical file… we received a text at 2:08 p.m. saying that we’re not allowed to touch the medical file.”

Internal hospital message restricting access to Charlie Kirk’s medical chart, limiting it to two staff members in the aftermath of the incident—presented by Candace Owens as evidence of unusual handling surrounding his records.

Owens read from the message: “Here is the entry in the UVU system for Charlie Kirk. It had his right birthday. It has age. It had an MRN number. And then this individual shared the internal message that went out telling them that they’re not allowed to touch the file. Here it is. Hi all. There was a media event that took place today that led to a trauma patient… Due to the nature of a situation, the only individuals who will be allowed in the chart will be Deborah and myself. No one else is allowed to hover or open the chart.”

Despite these revelations, the situation remains murky. Owens noted she considered the possibility of record-sharing between hospitals: “I said maybe the reason for this is these two medical hospitals speak to each other… like if you pick up a prescription at one CVS, the other location knows that it happens. I’ve confirmed that doesn’t seem to be the circumstance.”

She further suggested that physician logistics could be the answer: “It’s possible that it could be because maybe Dr. Lee Trotter, which I have heard, works at both—limited surgeons going back and forth. That’s somehow created a file. But I’d like to know definitively what the answer for that is. Why he also has a file at UVU. Why there seem to be so much confusion.”

Throughout the segment, Owens took pains not to jump to conclusions, stating, “We don’t need to go crazy with conspiracy theories. There could be a logical answer. I have not stumbled upon it yet. And so medical community, feel free to email us.”

However, her main takeaway is clear: all parties around this episode are acting with what she calls “suspicious” opacity. “There could be a logical reason. But it just seems like all parties around this UVU event are acting suspicious,” Owens said, underscoring a sense of distrust in the official narrative.

This new revelation adds to an ongoing pattern of inconsistencies from those involved in the aftermath of the Kirk shooting. While there may still be an innocent or technical explanation for the records at Utah Valley Hospital, the lack of forthright clarification from hospitals, law enforcement, and others continues to erode public confidence in the process.

Once again, what transpired after the death of Charlie Kirk appears deeply at odds with the initial story presented to the public. At minimum, Candace Owens’ investigation has laid bare that the facts about Kirk’s final hours were misrepresented—and that any logical explanation, if it exists, remains stubbornly out of reach.
