During his address to Congress tonight, President Trump announced that he has signed an executive order honoring 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was murdered by violent illegal aliens.
He told Jocelyn’s mother Alexis, who was seated in the House chamber, that he kept his word to always remember her “magnificent daughter” and signed an executive order to formally honor Jocelyn by naming a wildlife refuge after her.
He then held up the executive order to show her as Republicans cheered and Alexis thanked him.
This is so special.
Jocelyn Nungaray was taken from us far too soon, due to the open border policy of the Biden Harris administration.

The New York Post reported:
President Trump announced Tuesday that he has signed an executive order naming a national wildlife refuge in honor of Jocelyn Nungaray — a 12-year-old girl slain by illegal migrants.
Trump revealed the tribute as he introduced Alexis Nungaray, Jocelyn’s mother, as one of his invited guests to his speech to a joint session of Congress.
“Alexis, I promised that we would always remember your daughter, your magnificent daughter, and earlier tonight, I signed an order keeping my word to you,” the president said. “One thing I have learned about Jocelyn is that she loved animals so much – she loved nature.”
“Across Galveston Bay, from where Jocelyn lived in Houston, you will find a magnificent national wildlife refuge – a pristine, peaceful, 34,000 acre sanctuary for all of God’s creatures on the edge of the Gulf of America,” he continued.
“Alexis, moments ago, I formally renamed that refuge in loving memory of your beautiful daughter, Jocelyn,” Trump revealed, before asking Vice President JD Vance to hand him the signed order so he could show Alexis.
Fox 10 Phoenix added:
President Donald Trump invited Alexis Nungaray from Houston to attend his speech to Congress Tuesday night. Her daughter, Jocelyn, was 12 years old when she was murdered.
“Here tonight is a woman I have gotten to know, Alexis Nungaray from Houston. Wonderful woman,” Trump said. “The death of this beautiful 12-year-old girl and the agony of her mother and family touched our entire nation greatly.”
Trump said Tuesday night he renamed a national wildlife refuge in the Galveston Bay area after Jocelyn after learning she loved animals and nature.
He continued: “Alexis, I promised that we would always remember your daughter, your magnificent daughter. And earlier tonight I signed an order keeping my word to you.”
