Four Special Interest Aliens (SIA) with known ties to terrorism were arrested by Border Patrol agents last week, according to Breitbart. The report posted by U.S. Border Chief Jason Owens, said the migrants were apprehended after crossing into the border from Mexico to Texas, but records show it wasn’t the first time they tried to illegally enter America. The two Iranian nationals and two Egyptian migrants, all SIAs, attempted to avoid detection and are now in custody, according to Owens, who also shared that a startling number of SIAs were reportedly apprehended during the first few months of the new fiscal year 2025, with more than 10,000 apprehensions.

An unsettling flow of SIAs have reportedly been apprehended by authorities in Texas, showing no sign that their attempt to get into the country has slowed down at all.

Breitbart previously reported beginning in October that 27 SIAs had crossed in large groups of migrants near Eagle Pass, Texas including those from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Egypt, and India.

“Two weeks later, more than 500 migrants entered the Eagle Pass area of operations. These groups included five from Iran, 19 from Egypt, four from Afghanistan, and five from Turkey,” according to the outlet, and “in October, Border Patrol agents apprehended 124 Iranian migrants at crossing points along the U.S.-Mexico border.”

According to Texas DPS, SIAs from Mali and Angola were apprehended after crossing the border with migrant groups that included unaccompanied migrant children. The Texas troopers also found seven SIAs from Iran in a group of 289 migrants near Eagle Pass on November 28. Five SIAs from Iran and Turkey were discovered two days earlier. On December 1, troopers reportedly arrested 11 more SIAs near Eagle Pass.

The Biden administration’s terrifying wide-open border policy unleashed a wave of fear across America as criminals and terrorists, both suspected and known, entered the country illegally. With reports that they are still trying to get in weeks before the Trump administration takes office, many are likely eager for the leadership change.

Incoming border enforcer Tom Homan has vowed to crack down on illegal immigration, focusing particularly on criminals who roam freely within the United States since the Biden administration has allowed them the privilege. The Trump administration is preparing to change the policies with the interest of protecting America by getting the border secured.
