Donald Trump is a man of his word. And when I saw that Trump followed through on this promise, I knew then America would give him his rightful second term.

Recall that I wrote about Trump trolling Kamala Harris on working at McDonald’s.

Ever the showman, Donald Trump has managed ” The Art of the Troll” to epic proportions in his mocking of Kamala Harris.

Understand that Kamala Harris has positioned herself as a round the way girl. By now we all know that she “grew up in a middle-class family raised by her mother”. And adding to the story of Harris’ upbringing is the idea that she’s so normal she worked at a McDonald’s for a bit.

While there doesn’t seem to be much evidence of this, Team Harris sticks to the story in their attempt to make her more relatable to Average Joe America.

Not that the story has accomplished this, but Team Trump has apparently decided to one-up the narrative. This tweet from X influencer “George” indicates that Trump is going to show that he’s more relatable to Average Joe America, and work at McDonald’s:

Mission Accomplished:

Trump actually worked at McDonald’s.

And while we can’t see the crowd that gathered, I can only imagine how much publicity this stunt bought Trump in earned media in the City of Brotherly Love.

Move over PT Barnum

When I consider what Trump did her, all I can say is this is a genius move. A billionaire working at McDonald’s because his running mate pretends to be in touch with the average American. Ironically, Trump truly is more in touch with the average American than Harris. And this shows in his policies and his polling.

From the policy perspective, Trump understands menial work. That’s why he proposed no taxes on tips and no taxes on overtime. Both brilliant ideas, and proof that Trump isn’t only thinking about billionaires. By the way, almost all the Harris commercials not related to abortion try to paint Trump as a president who only cares about the wealthiest citizens. That’s why moves like this are such narrative killers.

Worse, Harris can’t duplicate it. Because it would be seen as theft. She tried this with “no tax on tips”. That went over so well, she hasn’t mentioned it in weeks.

You have to love what the crowd says. And the consensus is that Trump rocked the troll. Below are just a few of the thousands of comments. And almost all of them were complimentary to Trump:

Trump just effortlessly cooking the fries and Lying Kamala all at once. He’s on another level.

He’s clearly having so much fun, how can anyone not find this endearing

My friend Laura Loomer found this throwback clip of Trump doing a commercial for McDonald’s.

 

While that commercial might have done well, it won’t compare to what this stunt does for McDonald’s if only at this location.

Kudos to another great political move by Trump.
