An IQ test should be administered before voting. That right there, would eliminate a good chunk of the democrat party.

Actually, if only people who paid income taxes were allowed to vote it would accomplish the same things and would be easier to justify. If you don't have any skin in the game, what right do you have to be a part of the decision making process?
