While addressing the press, President Trump made it clear he has never visited Epstein’s island, Little Saint James.
The topic came up after Trump was asked whether he would pardon convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
Trump responded by saying he didn’t want to talk about it.
He then shared that Bill Clinton visited Epstein’s island 28 times and explained he had never been to the island.

Yesterday on Truth Social, President Trump once again claimed that the Epstein files are a Democrat hoax. When questioned on the Maxwell-Blanche meeting, Trump told reporters they should be focused on other Epstein associates and other topics, including the release of documents related to former President Obama and the investigation into Russia’s efforts to influence the 2016 election.
“I don’t know about the meeting. I know it’s taking place, and he’s a fantastic man. He’s a great attorney,” Trump said of Blanche
“And people should really focus on how well the country’s doing, or they should focus on the fact that Barack Hussein Obama led a coup, or they should focus on the fact that [former Treasury Secretary] Larry Summers from Harvard, that [former President] Bill Clinton, who you know very well, and lots of other friends, really close friends of Jeffrey [Epstein] should be spoken about.”
“They don’t talk about them, they talk about me. I have nothing to do with the guy,” he added.
In his Truth Social post, the 47th President went further and called the files a “scam.”

Blanche took the unusual step of questioning Maxwell, a close associate of deceased financier Jeffrey Epstein. Such a task is typically left to career attorneys at the Justice Department.
“He took a full day and asked a lot of questions, and Ms. Maxwell answered every single question,” David Markus told reporters outside the federal courthouse where the meeting took place, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.
“She never stopped. She never invoked her privilege. She never declined to answer. She answered all the questions truthfully, honestly and to the best of her ability,” the outlet reported.
The Justice Department did not immediately comment on the meeting.
