Sean Hannity might not be out of the woods yet.

A lot has occurred since the Fox News host was outed for being a client of Michael Cohen, President Trump's personal attorney. First, Hannity denied the charges, saying that he only consulted with Cohen for informal advice. Then we learned that Hannity actually sought counsel from Cohen for a liberal-led boycott of his show, which targeted advertisers. Now Fox News has come out in support of Hannity, with the network declaring their continued backing of the embattled host.

With Fox's support, it would seem like Hannity is free and clear, right? Perhaps. But it seems like Hannity's fellow Fox stars aren't too happy with the way he handled the situation.

First, Alan Dershowitz chastised Hannity on his own show for not disclosing the relationship:

Now, Judge Napolitano is taking Hannity to task for trying to have it both ways. Apparently, Hannity had actually paid Cohen a small sum for some kind of privilege that would prevent disclosure of his discussions.

Via the Washington Examiner:

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said his colleague Sean Hannity can't “have it both ways” in relation to this week's revelation about Hannity's ties to President Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen.

Following an FBI raid on Cohen's home and office last week, Cohen's lawyers acknowledged Monday Hannity was a previously undisclosed client of his.

Hannity pushed back, saying he was not a client of Cohen's, but did acknowledge he “may have” given Cohen $10 because he wanted “privilege to cover me” about conversations he had with the attorney.

“I love him,” Napolitano said of Hannity on Fox News' “Outnumbered Overtime” Tuesday afternoon. “I worked with him for 20 years. He can't have it both ways. If he was a client, then his confidential communications to Mr. Cohen are privileged. If Mr. Cohen was never his lawyer, then nothing that he said to Mr. Cohen is privileged.”

Rest assured, if Judge Napolitano is on your case, you might have an issue. Let's hope Hannity gets this whole thing sorted out before it gets any worse.
