ALERT! For once, former FBI director James Comey is being HONEST. This is not a drill. I repeat, THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
His overblown interview with George Stephanopoulos aired last night.
I caught some clips and read the transcript. I have no idea what George was talking about. Nothing blew me away. Nothing shocked me. Heck, even liberals seem less than enthused.
It was a flop. Comey only managed to make himself look even smaller (which is amazing because he's 42 feet tall). He desperately wants to be known as a man of integrity– a man who does whatever it takes to preserve the integrity of the FBI. That's NEVER going to happen. Especially not after that interview.
However, I'll give credit where credit is due. Comey said one honest thing. He admitted he struggles with a massive ego problem.
“One of the things I've struggled with my whole life is my ego and — and a sense that I — I have to be careful not to fall in love with my own view of things.”
That right there. That's all you need to know about Comey.
Comey to ABC: “One of the things I've struggled with my whole life is my ego and a sense that I have to be careful not to fall in love with my own view of things."

I'd say so.
Wow. Comey clearly has failed his whole life to overcome his admitted narcissism. He is a perfect fit to Crooked Hillary now isn't he??? Explains a lot.

I think he thought he'd come off as a super humble guy admitting that. Too bad it had the OPPOSITE effect. Now he comes off as a self-serving a$$ who KNOWS he's a self-serving a$$. At least before, we could speculate that he's blinded by ignorance or something.
But nope. He's completely aware of his own a$$hattery.
