If you're going to talk the talk about sanctuary policies, you'd better walk the walk.

That could be the takeaway for California Governor Jerry Brown, whose mansion was broken into on April 19th by a homeless man who claimed to have heard a large cat near the residence.

He entered the home, allegedly to warn the governor.

The reasoning the homeless man, identified as 51-year-old Steven Seeley, thought he could get away with just walking in the door at Brown's residence is absolutely incredible.

“He's an open-door policy kind of guy, so I figured the door would be unlocked,” he told reporters.

Well, “What's good for the goose is good for the gander.”

So what's the problem Governor Moonbeam? The man was clearly just looking for a little sanctuary. Aren't walls, doors, and windows that keep people out, racist?

Reports indicate Brown's mansion sports a “robust” security system, a wholly unnecessary feature in the home of a man that does indeed have a statewide “open-door policy.”

Brown, of course, has overseen the leftist decline of the Golden State, turning it into a so-called ‘sanctuary state‘ and prioritizing time, money, and resources for illegals over his own legal residents.

A homeless man who was arrested last month after breaking into California Gov. Jerry Brown's home in Sacramento reportedly said he only tried entering the mansion because he figured the sanctuary state politician was “an open-door policy kind of guy.” #BuildTheWall

Seeley was charged with trespassing, felony vandalism for breaking a window, and a probation violation.

A spokesperson for CHP said, “The safety of the first family continues to be our top priority and enhanced security measures remain in place.”

Think about that for a minute – a man breaks into the governor's mansion despite a robust security system, breaks the law, is arrested and placed in jail.

If an illegal immigrant breaks into the governor's state, the security is deemed racist, authorities are not notified, they are not charged, and they are allowed to roam the streets unabated.

Apparently, Moonbeam's open-door policy only applies to everybody else, not his private home.

What a hypocrite!

What kind of cat are you talking about, Seeley?

"Steven Seeley, 51, was arrested April 19 after breaking into Brown’s mansion in Sacramento. On Sunday, speaking to KCRA, Seeley stated he heard what he thought was a large cat roaring nearby, and ran into Brown’s home through a side door."
"HE WAS JUST RESCUING HIM FROM A LARGE ROARING CAT, YOU GUYS!"

"Seeley, who described himself as using methamphetamine virtually every day, told The Sacramento Bee that he saw wild animals on the streets of midtown Sacramento and walked in the house because he knew they had “big guns.” He said,"

Oh... That. Why - - there isn't anything to fear Steven..

It's just one of the good cats. Going down to help with guarding the southern border, since Jerry is too chicken to barely lift a finger. [/Partial Sarcasm]
