Elon Musk is fed up with the mother of one of his sons after her latest comments.
On Monday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced his plans to file for full custody of his son.
Musk’s comments come after the mother of his son, Ashley St. Claire, made comments in support of transgender individuals.
St. Claire’s comments came as a shock to many users on X, considering she had previously written a book called “Elephants aren’t Birds,” a children’s book that rebuked transgender beliefs on identity.
The New York Post reported the full details on the drama between Musk and St. Claire:
Take a look at Musk’s post below:Elon Musk said he plans to file for full custody of his 1-year-old son on Monday after his baby mama Ashley St. Clair came out in support of the transgender community.
The billionaire Tesla mogul indicated he’d be seeking custody of the child he fathered with the conservative influencer after she apparently shifted her trans views.
“I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy,” Musk fired off in an X post as he replied to a follower’s comment early Monday.
It isn’t clear if St. Clair has ever indicated that she would allow her son to undergo a transition.
She did, however, recently apologize on social media for prior remarks she has made about trans people in general.
St. Clair sensationally revealed early last year that she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child.
Prior to her bombshell revelation, St. Clair was known as a right-wing culture warrior on X with sassy conservative takes.
Musk’s child custody vow came after an X user had urged him to seek full care of his son.
St. Claire recently started a podcast where, in her first episode, she talked about her ongoing drama with Musk, according to People:I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy

Here’s a clip:Ashley St. Clair is opening up further about her ongoing custody battle with Elon Musk.
The influencer and author, 26, shared the first episode of her podcast Bad Advice on Musk’s X platform on Monday, Aug. 18.
“Well, after a year of unplanned career suicide, many questionable life choices and a gap in my LinkedIn profile that cannot be legally explained, I’ve decided to start a podcast,” St. Clair said at the top of the podcast.
St. Clair then claimed that she decided to start the podcast because she is “getting evicted.”
“Polymarket offered me $10,000 to do an ad read,” she said. “So with that, the roof over my head has been brought to you by Polymarket.”
“Not because anybody asked, but because statistically speaking, it was either join this or join a -[multi-level marketing scheme],” she said, alluding to a financial predicament amid her ongoing parenting drama with Musk.
She went on to criticize other media personalities, saying that her podcast would be “unlike your Ben Shapiros or Megyn Kellys.”

“I’m not starting this because I think my big-brain thoughts and my podcast mic are the greatest gift to humanity,” she said. “I actually think I have the worst ideas, so consider everything out of my mouth a cautionary tale.”
