‘This Is Creepy’: White House Reacts To Minnesota AG’s ‘Anti-Woman’ Lawsuit Against President Trump

The Democratic Party’s obsession with gender identity has reached a new level of desperation as more and more Americans reject the notion that men can become women — and vice versa — simply by insisting that they are.

Now, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is taking the Trump administration on with a lawsuit intended to enshrine the state’s authority to allow male athletes to compete against women and girls.

The Trump administration wasted no time responding with a scathing rejection of the case, as Fox News reported:

“Why would a grown man sue the Trump administration to allow other biological males to participate in women’s sports? This is creepy and anti-woman,” White House spokesperson Harrison Fields told Fox News Digital.

Ellison made the announcement at a press conference after months of the state defying Trump’s “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order. Ellison claimed he had received notice from the Department of Justice threatening legal action if the state did not follow the executive order.

“I’m not going to sit around waiting for the Trump administration to sue Minnesota. Today, Minnesota is suing him and his administration because we will not participate in this shameful bullying,” Ellison said. “We will not let a small group of vulnerable children who are only trying be healthy and live their lives be demonized.”

Research shows that the trans issue is quickly becoming toxic for Democrats, particularly in red or purple districts but even in reliably left-leaning areas of the country:

The leftist position is a loser even in California, according to a recent poll highlighted by Newsmax:

More than 7 in 10 parents of California public school students — and 65% of adults overall — oppose transgender athletes playing in girls’ or women’s sports, saying they should be required to compete on teams that match their biological sex, according to a new bipartisan Public Policy Institute of California survey.

The survey also found that 49% of Democrats and 71% of independents said that trans athletes should not be able to compete as the gender they identify with.

The survey comes weeks after the state legislature’s Democrat supermajority voted to block a bill that would have required the California Interscholastic Federation, the governing body for high school sports, to adopt rules banning students who were born male from participating on a sports team for girls.

But Minnesota isn’t the only state where the Trump administration has already encountered pushback:
